The current owner of this 1973 Norton Commando acquired it in 2007, preserving it in storage for over a decade. In 2020, a two-year transformation in the spirit of a café racer was completed. Powering this remarkable machine is a modified 872cc parallel twin engine, paired with a four-speed transmission. The engine features 79mm Hepolite pistons, a Hepolite camshaft, Kibblewhite chromoly pushrods, an Alton electric starter, a Tri-Spark electronic ignition, Motogadget electronics, and a dual exhaust system equipped with custom reverse-cone megaphone mufflers.
This bike showcases polished alloy bodywork mounted on a black powder-coated Isolastic frame.
