It’s always a pleasure to get a glimpse inside the workshop of a custom builder. They tend to be much more than what you are used to seeing at your local mechanic (a handful of 70’s tyre adverts and a titty calendar). They tend to be filled with more personal items, rare parts that have been collected and displayed like museum pieces, images that inspire, obscure antiques and of course and most importantly the tools, a collection of apparatus that reflect a builders skills.
These shots were taken by photographer Grant Ray at Falcon Motorcycles workshop in LA California. Eclectic is probably the first word that comes to mind, but who would expect anything else from one of the world’s current top custom motorcycle builders? Enjoy.
