This 2011 Triumph Street Triple 675 received modifications from Jett Design and Motorelic, resulting in a “lightweight race-inspired build” that pays homage to endurance racers of the past. The paint scheme takes inspiration from the sleek Porsche 908 racecars of the late 60s.
Featuring a white and red bodywork contrasted against a black powder-coated frame, the bike stands out. Highlights include a Motorelic aluminum seat cowl, Jett Design front fairing, fender, windscreen, and belly pan. K-Tech adjustable dampers at the front and a Penske adjustable rear shock enhance the suspension. The bike weighs 362 lbs, lighter than the standard model’s 408 lbs.
Upgrades include an LED unit replacing the factory twin headlights, Woodcraft adjustable clip-ons with Motogadget LED bar-end turn signals, and a custom Scotts Performance steering damper. The Jett Design radiator fins enhance the factory radiator.
The seat features black Alcantara upholstery with red diamond stitching. The bike retains its factory instrumentation with a 16k-rpm tachometer and digital display. Additional additions include Renthal black grips, Daytona 675 brake master cylinder, clutch, and throttle cables.
Powering the bike is a liquid-cooled 675cc inline-three engine with four valves per cylinder, paired with a six-speed transmission and Yoyodyne slipper clutch. The ECU has been remapped, and a BMC racing air filter installed. An SC Project three-into-one race header connects to a custom Motorelic-built race exhaust system with a Moto2-style megaphone muffler. Performance enhancements include an APE timing chain tensioner and lightweight 520 chain running over Superlite sprockets.
