I prefer to treat motorcycles as an artistic medium and means of self expression. I find satisfaction in drastically transforming the statement a motorcycle makes, especially when nothing is expected of it. My design process can be described as reductive, striping away unnecessary elements to highlight the core of an idea. In this minimal state every decision made carries more importance to the overall aesthetic. I believe minimalism is not simplicity, but creating interest in the least amount of brush strokes.
