Wrenchmonkees ride again


The boys in Denmark have been very busy since they last graced the pages of this site. Their new workshop shows just how well received the Wrenchmonkee style of motorcycle customisation is. Raw, recycled materials, minimalist styling and single minded functionality seem to be the perfect recipe these days. Deus in Sydney have seen similar success with a very similar formula and more custom workshop with the same ethos are appearing all over the globe.

The latest creations to come out of WM are perfect examples of how practice makes perfect. A Ducati 750 SS and two Kawasaki Z 750 B’s.


MONKEE #20: Ducati 750 SS

  • Standard Frame, swingarm, front fork, wheels and brakes.
  • WM rearframe loop. WM fiberglass rear end, LED rearlight.
    WM seat. Modified / reshaped standard tank. WM front fender.
  • Standard exhaust, Megatron mufflers. WM turnsignals.
    WM Headlight. Tarozzi clip-on´s. Ducati Monster top yoke.

  • Engine rebuilt. WM heat resistant custom paint. K&N filters.
    WM muffler. Aprox 50 HP.
  • Standard 36 mm front fork. Standard swing arm. Bitubo rear shocks.
  • Standard wheels 1.85 x 19 front – 2.15 x 18 rear.
    Firestone Champion Deluxe 4.00 x 19 front – 4.50 x 18 rear.
  • ABM steel braided brakehoses.
  • WM rearframe. WM seat. WM battery box. WM wiring harness.
  • WM rear fender. WM rear light. WM front light.
