A few weeks back I posted a story about the Ipothesys 8V Moto Guzzi and today we have a video of the modern Cafe Racer in action. While it may not be the most exciting video you will ever see there’s a few things that make it a worthwhile watch.
Firstly off we get to hear the Ipothesys 8V in action and I can safely say it sounds as good as it looks, secondly we get a close look at all the trick parts that go in to building the Ipothesys (Bitubo monoshock, Marzocchi 50mm forks, Brembo brakes, Cattiva Oz Racing magnesium wheels), thirdly we see it lined up next to a Moto Guzzi Griso (the bike that the Ipothesys is based on), and lastly it’s got a cool backing track by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, a personal favourite of mine. Enjoy the vid…
