This is the new Rev’it! Element Motorcycle Jacket a lightweight, versatile jacket offering all-weather compatibility and CE certified protection.
The 2021 Rev’It! DIRT Series range of riding gear was created specifically with off-road riding in mind. However, thanks to Rev’it!’s flexible design approach, it can be adapted for use by urban commuters and touring riders alike.
Sitting at the top of the DIRT series lineup is the Rev’it! Element Jacket. The Element is a full-length zippered jacket with an abrasion-resistant and waterproof outer shell. The jacket earns its abrasion resistance through the use of a specially designed ripstop fabric. For added protection, the high impact areas of the shoulders and arms utilise tough 750D Cordura and stretch panels are reinforced with Rev’it!’s tough PWR|shell material.
Adding to the Element jackets value proposition is its 4 seasons compatible construction. The lightweight jacket fits loose to leave plenty of room for thermal under layers. Then, when things heat up, the zippered pockets can be opened to allow air to flow through a ventilated lining. Additional ventilation zippers on the upper and lower arms can also be opened to flood the jacket with a cooling breeze.
To achieve steadfast waterproofing the jacket has a laminated Rev’it! Hydratex membrane that repels water and minimises dirt adhesion. The hooded design of the Rev’it! Element jacket also provides riders with protection against the elements when they’re off the bike. And for added convenience, the hood can be removed and stored in a pocket at the rear of the jacket when it’s not required.
The Rev’it! Element jacket features a CE level 1 protection rating. This safety rating has been attained through the combination of the abrasion-resistant outer and the use of Rev’it! Seesmart flex armour in the elbows and shoulders. For riders seeking increased protection, the roomy cut allows the use of protective underlayers such as Rev’it!’s own Proteus Protector Jacket.
Available in either Ochre Yellow or Black finishes the Rev’it! Element jacket is an ideal, comfortable riding companion for all conditions.
